These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of BOHO TRAVELS's Website, located at https://bohotravels.in.

By making a booking with BOHO TRAVELS, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking & Confirmation

1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from the respective hotel, airline, transport provider, activity operator or other service provider.

2. A booking will be considered confirmed only after BOHO TRAVELS receives the required payment and issues written confirmation.

3. Prices quoted are based on the details provided at the time of quotation and may change before confirmation due to availability, currency fluctuations, supplier price changes, taxes or other applicable charges.

4. Any special request, including room preference, early check-in, late check-out, adjoining rooms, meals or specific activities, is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

2. Payments

1. The payment schedule will be communicated to the customer at the time of booking.

2. Failure to make payment by the specified deadline may result in cancellation of the booking and applicable cancellation charges.

3. Any bank charges, payment gateway charges, currency conversion charges or other transaction fees, where applicable, may be payable by the customer.

4. The final price may include or exclude items such as visa fees, travel insurance, tourist taxes, city taxes, meals, entrance fees or other charges. The inclusions and exclusions mentioned in the quotation will prevail.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

1. Cancellation charges depend on the cancellation policy of the individual airline, hotel, activity provider, transport operator or other supplier.

2. Some bookings may be partially refundable or completely non-refundable.

3. BOHO TRAVELS will communicate the applicable cancellation policy before or at the time of booking wherever such policy is available.

4. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed only after BOHO TRAVELS receives the corresponding refund from the relevant service provider.

5. Service charges, convenience fees, payment gateway charges and other non-refundable amounts may not be refundable.

6. No refund will be provided for services not used voluntarily by the customer, including unused hotel nights, meals, transfers, sightseeing or activities, unless the concerned supplier agrees otherwise.

4. Flights & Transportation

1. Airline schedules, flight timings, routes, baggage allowances and other conditions are controlled by the airline and are subject to change.

2. BOHO TRAVELS is not responsible for delays, cancellations, missed connections, baggage loss or other issues caused by airlines or transportation providers.

3. Customers are responsible for checking flight timings and reaching the airport/station at the required time.

4. Any additional expenses arising from flight delays, cancellations, missed connections or changes may be payable by the customer unless covered by the airline, supplier or applicable insurance.

5. Hotels

1. Hotel check-in and check-out times are determined by the respective property.

2. Hotel facilities, room categories, meal plans and services are subject to availability and hotel policies.

3. Security deposits, city/tourist taxes, resort fees and other charges payable directly at the property are the customer's responsibility unless specifically included in the booking.

4. Photographs and descriptions shown on our website or promotional material are intended for general representation. Actual room layout, views and facilities may vary.

6. Visa & Travel Documents

1. Customers are solely responsible for possessing valid passports, visas, permits and other documents required for their journey.

2. BOHO TRAVELS may assist with visa-related services where offered, but visa approval is solely at the discretion of the concerned embassy, consulate or immigration authority.

3. BOHO TRAVELS does not guarantee visa approval or entry into any country.

4. Visa rejection, delayed processing or immigration refusal does not automatically entitle the customer to a full refund. Supplier cancellation policies and applicable booking conditions will apply.

7. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all international and domestic trips.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the coverage, exclusions and conditions of their travel insurance policy. BOHO TRAVELS is not responsible for claims rejected by an insurance provider.

8. Changes to Itinerary

1. Travel arrangements may occasionally need to be changed due to weather, operational requirements, strikes, government restrictions, supplier changes, road conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.

2. Where necessary, BOHO TRAVELS may suggest an alternative arrangement of comparable nature, subject to availability.

3. Any additional cost resulting from a customer-requested change may be payable by the customer.

9. Force Majeure

BOHO TRAVELS shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in providing services caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

- Natural disasters

- Severe weather

- Pandemics or epidemics

- War or civil unrest

- Strikes or industrial action

- Government restrictions

- Border closures

- Flight or transport disruptions

- Political disturbances

- Acts of terrorism

- Technical failures or other unforeseen events

Any refund or compensation in such circumstances will be subject to the policies of the respective service providers.

10. Customer Responsibility

Customers are expected to:

- Provide accurate passenger and booking information.

- Carry valid travel documents.

- Follow airline, hotel, transport and activity-provider rules.

- Respect local laws and regulations.

- Arrive on time for flights, transfers, activities and other scheduled services.

- Take reasonable care of personal belongings and valuables.

BOHO TRAVELS shall not be responsible for losses resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer, failure to follow instructions or failure to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

11. Personal Belongings

Customers are responsible for their passports, money, luggage, electronic devices and other personal belongings throughout the journey. BOHO TRAVELS shall not be responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings unless liability is imposed on BOHO TRAVELS by applicable law.

12. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information displayed on our website is accurate and up to date. However, prices, availability, schedules, hotel facilities and other travel services may change without prior notice.

In case of any discrepancy, the final written booking confirmation and applicable supplier terms will prevail.

13. Customized & Self-Service Packages

For customized or self-service travel packages, customers may be responsible for completing certain activities themselves, including online check-in, ticket validation, attraction reservations, local transportation, baggage handling and reaching designated meeting points.

The specific responsibilities of the customer will be communicated as part of the itinerary or booking confirmation.

14. Children & Special Requirements

Customers must inform BOHO TRAVELS in advance about children, infants, senior citizens, accessibility requirements, dietary requirements, medical considerations relevant to travel services, or other special requirements.

Such requests are subject to availability and supplier policies.

15. Complaints

Any issue relating to a hotel, activity, transfer or other service should be reported to the concerned service provider immediately, wherever possible, so that an opportunity is available to resolve the issue during the trip.

Customers should also inform BOHO TRAVELS at the earliest opportunity.

Complaints raised after completion of the trip may be difficult to investigate or resolve and will be handled subject to the applicable supplier's policies.

16. Limitation of Liability

BOHO TRAVELS acts as a travel facilitator/agent for various third-party service providers, including airlines, hotels, transport operators, activity providers and other suppliers.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BOHO TRAVELS shall not be responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, deficiencies or failures of third-party suppliers.

However, nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

17. Pricing & Errors

In the unlikely event of an obvious pricing or information error, BOHO TRAVELS reserves the right to correct the error and offer the customer the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the affected booking, subject to applicable law.

18. Privacy

Customer information may be shared with airlines, hotels, visa service providers, transport operators, activity providers, payment processors and other relevant suppliers when necessary to provide the booked services.

BOHO TRAVELS will handle customer information in accordance with applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.

19. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.

Any dispute shall, where legally permissible, be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the place of business of BOHO TRAVELS.

20. Acceptance

By submitting an enquiry, making a payment or confirming a booking with BOHO TRAVELS, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
